We see a transformation from CLI to API, purpose built network device to virtualized network function, partial or complete separation of data and control plane, and closed systems to open systems. The paradigm shift in how the network services are deployed, provisioned and orchestrated demands a major skill uplift of the existing workforce. This course will provide Network Engineers and Architects (i.e. supporting any architecture – that’s why we call it “baseline skills enablement training”) with an opportunity to get a jump start on gaining understanding and hands-on experience of key SDNFV technology components such as Network Programmability, SDN, NFV and key Closed/Open/Semi-openSource technologies, products and initiatives.
Virtual, VoD, Instructor-led course, with self-paced hands-on lab.
*Customized curriculums available
To provide a baseline understanding of next generation networks so that engineers and architects can see the ‘big picture’ and what it means for their respective architecture. The course will also enable the students to create a personal learning roadmap. Upon completion of this course, students should be able to understand:
